Ivan Bunin
 
A Russian writer from the end of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century. He wrote prose, poetry, and translated many books into Russian. Being of noble origin, after the Bolshevik Revolution he went into exile in France, where he lived without citizenship until the end of his days. In 1933, Bunin was the first Russian writer to win the Nobel Prize in Literature.
